There are three different ways of peocessing infotype record :

- single screen maintance

- personnel actions

- fast entry

The processing options for infotype records include : 

- create

- change

- copy

- delimit

- delete

When you hire an employee, you must enter data in the followinf infotype :

- actions (0000)

- personal data (0002)

- organization assigment (0001)

- addresses working time (0006)

- planned working time (0007)

- basic pay (0008)

- bank details (0009)

- absence quotas (2006)

In master data maintanance, the followinf options are available in utilities :

- delete personnel number

- change payroll status

- change entry/leavinf dat- call employee

New infotypes and tools assist in administrationand tracking of the employee through the phases. The phases are :

- planning od a global assigment

- preparation for relaction

- transfer

- during the assigment

- repatriation

New concept such as the person id and new infotypes have been created. Some of the new infotypea includes :

- global asaignment status (0715)

- dependent information (0704)

- compensation package offer (0706)

- assigment activatiob details (0707)

- documents (0702)

- dependent documents (0705)

- global communiting types (0708)
